Before designing your training, we meet with you to determine the business impact, how we know we have achieved success and the metrics we will use to measure success (closes the gap between high and low achievers).
We create specific and measurable participant-centered learning objectives designed to address three increase knowledge, skills and/or attitudes. We carefully review the content to determine what is "nice to know" content versus "need to know" content.
Our training design incorporates key activities proven to facilitate learning: openers, closers, revisters and energizers. We create a detailed leader's guide with session timing for future use. Participant workbooks include colorful pages, clear objectives for each module, fill-in-the-blank pages and other activities to engage the learner.
We build programs that evaluate results on four levels:
Level 1: Like It - smile sheets. We obtain reactions from participants and managers immediately after the program to gauge their reactions.
Level 2: Learn It - quizzes and/or demonstrations. We check to ensure that knowledge has been improved by having participants demonstrate their new skills or take knowledge pre and post-tests.
Level 3: Use It - job aids. We create and provide job aids that your employees can use to transfer learning to the job.
Level 4: Difference - ROI. Over time, we work with you to measure your return-on-investment by identifying milestones and desired outcomes and metrics.
